We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Project Manager with a strong background in software development and coding to lead the creation and long-term management of a Brand Protection Software Program and Dashboard . This role combines technical leadership with strategic project management, requiring hands-on experience in software architecture and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and managing a team of software engineers and developers, overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, and ensuring timely delivery of a scalable, secure, and user-friendly brand protection platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of a brand protection software solution, including a user-facing dashboard and internal tools. Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing software engineering team and external developers as needed. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. Create detailed project plans , timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with legal, operational, and technical standards. Provide hands-on technical guidance and support in architecture, code review, and development best practices. Monitor development progress , identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure product security, performance, and scalability to meet long-term needs. Establish quality assurance protocols including testing and validation of all software components. Oversee post-launch support, maintenance, and updates , including feature enhancements and issue resolution. Maintain documentation for both technical teams and end-users. Track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of the software platform.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development and engineering, with recent experience managing complex software projects. 2+ years of experience in a project management or technical lead role. Strong coding background (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar). Proven experience in building and scaling software platforms and dashboards. Familiarity with brand protection technologies, digital enforcement, or anti-counterfeiting tools is a plus. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software development practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices. UI/UX sensibility and experience working with front-end developers and designers. Previous experience with SaaS or enterprise-level applications.
