The Boeing Company’s Workday Integrationsorganization is currently seeking a Senior Workday IntegrationDeveloper to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to joina dynamic team focused on developing and supporting Workdayintegration! PositionResponsibilities:
Develop Workday integrations between new and existing systems,both internal and external Develop and support integrations, configuration and relatedworkflow solutions for Workday Deliver on-going support for integrations, including testingduring Workday releases Develop, support and manage application code, user interfacesand third-party integration components for Boeing’s Workdaysolution using Workday Studio / Report Designer (BIRT), EnterpriseInterface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors & DocumentTransformations, Calculated Fields, Report Writer / RaaS(Reports-as-a-Service), Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, xPathand JSON Perform full life cycle software development activities Perform necessary investigations, analysis and evaluations Gather and evaluate end user requirements Work in an Agile software delivery environment on a highlycollaborative Agile team Work directly with business, functional and technical teams toassess Workday integration needs and best practices as the processowner or subject matter expert (SME) Lead and perform the design, program, test, implementation anddocumentation of complex computing applications and software orcomputing architecture and computing application systemdesigns Lead analysis of end user processes to define applicationrequirements Write and compile complex code based on documented design ordesigns application architecture principles Modify or upgrade complex applications to maintainfunctionality and performance Identify and recommend improvements Identify and resolve complex programming or applicationarchitecture problems Form and lead cross-functional teams across multiple businessprocesses Contract with customers to design a process based on customerrequirements and objective Ensure accurate deliverables, maintains results, andcommunicates to all participants Collect, analyze, document and integrate requirements frommultiple process owners Apply and make recommendations for the process, data, andapplications/systems architecture Influence, negotiate and act as a change agent with a diverseaudience for complex process improvements Serve as mentor to others within the skill Lead transition into actionable business strategy byunderstanding company policies, strategic direction and strategicinitiatives Facilitate development and assist with deployment of integratedstrategic plans for process improvement/management andorganizational direction Learn to balance competing strategic initiatives Lead the successful completion of specific programs, projectsand implementation activities Prepare work estimates for assigned tasks using cost benefitanalysis Conduct business requirements review, coordinates testingschedules and assist in the preparation of test scripts Understand, apply and develop process standards, guidelines andtools Peer review code prior to production releaseThis position isexpected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be requiredto work onsite at one of the listed location options.
BasicQualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in Workday module configurations orintegrations in one or more: Human Capital Management core,Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management,Time & Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits and Compensationmodules 3+ years of experience with Requirements Management 3+ years of experience with requirements based testing 3+ years of experience in Workday Studio, Reports As A Service,Core/Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, and CalculatedFields Experience creating and consuming XML based webservicesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalentcombination of education and experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field Workday Partner/Pro certification preferred 3+ years of experience in a role that required ProjectManagement skills Experience developing and implementing processimprovements Experience in design thinking, user centered design, humancentered design
