Current Lighting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Salesforce and Mulesoft Technical Architect. As a member of the global enterprise architecture team, this role is responsible for leading the design, implementation and continued development and improvement of the Salesforce platform. This role will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce architecture aligns with and supports business requirements and strategic goals across, CRM, Commerce, Order Management and integrations to other enterprise tools, with demonstrated experience ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with best in class technical practices. We prefer this role in our HQ in Greenville, SC.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, architecture and integration of Salesforce to meet key business objectives and interface with other business tools. Manage and mentor a team of full time and contracted technical resources to foster collaboration and innovation, creating an environment where the sum of the team is greater than the individual parts. Collaborate within the IT organization and with cross- functional teams to gather and understand requirements, define scope, timeline and deliverables of every initiative. Partner with IT leadership to maintain an aggressive and relevant digital tools roadmap that continues to deliver high business value for internal and external stakeholders. Stay up to date with Salesforce training and certifications, industry trends, and upcoming releases to deliver the best value across the suite of technology. Manage project budgets, timelines and resource allocation to successfully deliver against business expectations and published deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience with demonstrated experience ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with best in class technical practices. Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Salesforce, including CRM, Commerce, OMS- with hands- on experience in architecture and design with Mulesoft, Anypoint. (Enosix experience preferred). At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role, managing internal teams and SI contract partners to drive project outcomes. Salesforce certifications and a strong understanding of Manufacturing Cloud, Order Management, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft/ Anypoint and relative integrations. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in high level collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Compensation
The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $150,000 – $180,000. Benefits and Perks
