In this critical role, you will be responsible for developingprecise drawings and programming solutions to support our fieldtechnicians effectively.

Core Responsibilities:
HVAC SystemExpertise:

Proven ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimizeHVAC systems, specializing in DDC controls integration.

ControlStrategy Development:

Skilled in crafting detailed sequences ofoperations for Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimalHVAC equipment performance.

Wiring Diagram Development:

Createclear and comprehensive wiring diagrams for the installation andoperation of third-party equipment, ensuring adherence to projectspecifications and industry standards.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare and maintain essential technical documentation, includingequipment manuals, operation guides, and as-built drawings.

SystemIntegration:

Collaborate effectively with project teams tointegrate DDC controls seamlessly with existing building systemsand infrastructure.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Provide experttechnical support to field personnel and customers, addressingcomplex issues related to DDC controls and HVAC systems.

SoftwareProficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Windows Office Suite forgenerating reports, presentations, and documentation that detailproject updates and technical specifications.

Networking Protocols:

Familiar with BACnet, Lon, Modbus, Tridium, and IP networkintegration for enhanced system functionality. Other dutiesassigned. Qualifications Needed to

Self-starter attitude with the ability to workindependently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Aminimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial and/or industrial DDCcontrols engineering, or 10 years in commercial and/or industrialHVAC service with a focus on DDC controls. In-depth understandingof chiller, boiler, AHU, DX system operations, and VFD controls.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex controlstrategies for building management systems Proficient in BACnet,Lon, Modbus, Tridium, and IP networks. Exceptional communicationskills with a talent for effective collaboration among internalteams and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with robustanalytical and problem-solving abilities.
