Position specializes on LN and surrounding core applicationsranging from LN development, problem identification, resolution,and documentation. Highly knowledgeable on modules supporting all functionaldisciplines in a manufacturing environment. (MRP/MPS, Quality,Finance Sales, Purchasing, Engineering etc.). This position will focus on supporting the company’s Operationalfunction processes associated with MRP. Ability to accomplish projects on time and within budget. Strongcommunication skills and ability to interface with all levels ofusers in the organization. Research solutions; provide guidance and training as required Job Duties / Responsibilities Project Management experience in the deployment of ITInfrastructure technologies focused on Enterprise/Cloud- andEUC-Services. Conceptual knowledge of main IT Infrastructure components (server,storage, network, data, cloud, EUC and applications). Explaining to designers and developers what’s required andoverseeing the progress Producing documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality ofthe project Ability to work independent with guidance and inputs in Finance andSupply Chain Modules Gather/analyze requirements and translate them into functionalspecifications and system design specifications. Understands business problems and opportunities in the context ofthe requirements and recommends solutions that enable theorganization to achieve its goals Perform Baan programming based on function/technicalspecifications Follow all established policies and procedures and create therequired documentation. Plan, write and execute test plans Assist business stakeholders with user acceptance testing, defectreporting and resolution. Adhere to company programming standards Provides leadership and management of the services deliveryteam. Ensures delivery objectives and performance metrics areachieved. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Knowledgeable of LN Development Tools Strong LN ERP implementation and support background Experience in working in Infor ION integration between CRM andEPR Experience in enterprise applications, solutions and data centerinfrastructures. Ability to quickly establish credibility and excitement with keycustomer personnel, as well as work collaboratively and in ahands-on manner with technical professionals. Strong understanding of LN and its application to businessprocesses Troubleshoot LN related application problems with little or noguidance. Focus on operational aspect Seamlessly work with end users, particularly on the Manufacturingprocess side, to analyze and resolve problems. Analyzes underlyingissues. Strong analytical, listening, interpersonal and problem-solvingskills. Strong organization and project management skills. Highly effective and concise written and verbal communicationskills.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

Minimum 5-10 years’ experience performing LN business processanalysis and design Minimum 5-10 years’ experience development in a LN environment Experience in LN Manufacturing and Distribution a must Experience in LN administration a plus Experience in LN ION a plus Experience in LN Finance a plus
