Job Summary:

We are seeking both Senior and Junior Workday Integration Developers to join our integration team. These roles will play a key part in the successful integration of various systems with Workday, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. Ideal candidates will be technically proficient, self-motivated, and collaborative team players with experience across multiple ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Development & Design
Collaborate with the Integration Architect to design and develop Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services (WWS), and Report Writer.
Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and efficiency of data flows.
Implement and support REST and SOAP-based web services and related standards (XML, XSLT, JSON). Data Analysis & Mapping
Analyze legacy systems, integration artifacts, and remediation data.
Perform data transformation and mapping to align with Workday HCM and Finance data structures.
Ensure data consistency, quality, and security through rigorous testing and validation. Testing & Troubleshooting
Support QA teams by writing and executing test scenarios and validating results.
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues collaboratively with developers, QA, and functional leads. Documentation & Compliance
Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including specifications, test results, and integration flows.
Ensure integration processes meet organizational standards, data security protocols, and compliance regulations. Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with business analysts, developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
Provide timely updates and escalate critical issues to the Integration Architect and Project Manager as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-5+ years of Workday integration experience in HCM and/or Finance domains.
Strong hands-on expertise with:
Workday Studio, EIB, WWS, Report Writer

XML, XSLT, REST, SOAP

APIs
Experience with data integration, data modeling, and data mapping.
Proficient in Workday security protocols and role-based access controls.
Previous involvement in multiple ERP implementations.
Ability to operate independently, manage priorities, and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development cycles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday Pro Integrations Certification
Experience in Higher Education environments
Familiarity with compliance and data security frameworks
Knowledge of common integration tools and techniques beyond Workday
