Asakeytechnicalresource,you’llworkdirectlywithengineeringteamsandcustomerstosolvecomplextechnicalchallengesandoptimizeBroadcomproductdeploymentandperformance.

• Responsibilities
• + ServeastheprimarytechnicalcontactforBroadcomproductintegrationandsupport + Provideadvancedtroubleshootingandrootcauseanalysisforsoftware/hardwareissues + Collaboratewithcustomerengineeringanddevelopmentteamstoalignproductfunctionalitywithbusinessrequirements + CustomizeandoptimizeBroadcomapplicationstosuitclientinfrastructure + Writetechnicaldocumentationandprovideknowledgetransfertoclientteams + StayuptodateonBroadcom’sproductroadmapandtechnicalupdates •Qualifications•

Required Qualifications:

• + 5+yearsofexperienceasanApplicationEngineerorsimilarrole +

Stronghands-onexperiencewithBroadcomenterprisesoftwareorhardwareproducts,suchas:

+ BroadcomMainframesolutions (e.g.,CATechnologiestools) + Networkandinfrastructuremonitoring (e.g.,DXNetOps) + Securitysoftware (e.g.,Symantec/Broadcomsolutions) + Solidunderstandingofenterprisesystemsarchitectureandsoftwaredeployment + Excellentproblem-solving,communication,anddocumentationskills + Self-motivatedandabletoworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision

• Preferred Qualificarions:

• + Experienceworkingwithlargeenterpriseclientsorinhigh-availabilityenvironments + Familiaritywithcloudintegration,automationtools,orscripting (e.g.,Python,PowerShell) + Previousexperienceasaremotecontractororconsultant
