In this role, you willwork in a dynamic environment with a team of Cyber Engineers inreverse engineering, vulnerability research, prototyping, design,development, integration, and test tasks to develop capabilitiesagainst various networking devices. This work will leverage yourability to deconstruct a variety of hardware and software, focusingon network devices and technologies, and developing capabilities toutilize the vulnerabilities discovered. In this job you will havean opportunity to work with a dynamic team of cyber researchers andengineers through all stages of the product lifecycle-fromvulnerability research to development and test.
JobResponsibilities:
- Perform reverse engineering, vulnerabilityanalysis, exploit dev, and capability dev in support of operationsand capabilities directorates.
- Be flexible, and learn theenvironment and use whatever skills, languages, techniques arerequired to meet mission needs.
- Work hand in hand with theoperators and analysts, and your capabilities will be used for highpriority mission requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to reverseengineer code.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding and/orimplementation of Computer Network Exploitation and Attachtechniques and methodologies, to include application and mitigationtechniques.
- Demonstrate experience applying continuousintegration and automated testing tools to software developmentpractices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active and current TS/SCI wFSP Clearance through Maryland
- Bachelor’s degree in computerscience, information systems or applicable engineering field
- Minimum five (5) years of professional experience programming cybertools and/or techniques for the US Government or commercial sector
- 5 years of experience in computer science, information systems,or network engineering
- 5 years of experience programming inAssembly, C, C++, and/or Python
- Experience performing open-sourceresearch & vulnerability analysis
- Experience utilizing reverseengineering tools such as IDA Pro and/or Ghidra to analyze firmwareof embedded devices
- Proficiency in network protocols, routers,and network security
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstratedexperience programming techniques to evade host and/ornetwork-based intrusion detection systems
- Demonstrated experiencedeveloping programs to capture, analyze, and interpret raw networktraffic
- Demonstrated experience with network sockets programmingincluding developing packet-level programs, expert packet-levelunderstanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols
- Demonstrated understanding of IP, TCP, and application-levelprotocols
- Experience developing documentation and reports(analysis reports, test reports, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability todevelop and deliver briefings, technical presentations, and programdocumentation to senior program management
