Job Overview:
We’re seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer with expertise in OmniStudio and native Salesforce development. This role is crucial for designing and implementing complex applications that support our client’s tech strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce’s OmniStudio suite and hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce Business Rules Engine.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce applications using OmniStudio components. Use Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and JavaScript to create scalable and secure custom solutions. Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes in one system may affect others. Perform hands-on testing and debugging to ensure quality and compliance. Mentor junior developers and act as a technical consultant on Salesforce capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Salesforce application development and systems testing. Proficiency in Salesforce OmniStudio and native Salesforce development tools. 2+ years of experience with Salesforce’s Business Rules Engine. Proficiency in JavaScript and application debugging techniques. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Ability to articulate architectural concepts and align them with IT and business strategies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools. Proven ability to manage deliverables in high-impact, multi-platform environments. Strong team-building mindset and interpersonal skills.
