About The Role:
As a Grafana Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping ourmonitoring and observability platforms running smoothly. Frominstallation and configuration to maintenance and optimization,you’ll make sure everything operates seamlessly to support ourbusiness and drive smart decisions. You’ll work with teams acrossthe company to understand their needs, offer technical guidance,and even mentor junior team members. Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing: Leading the process of installing, configuring, and keeping keyapplications up to date. Keeping a close eye on system performance-troubleshooting,optimizing, and scaling to handle growing data and usage. Taking ownership of complex technical issues, working with vendorsand internal teams to find solutions and keep everything runningreliably. Working closely with teams across the company to understand theirneeds, share best practices, and help them get the most out of oursystems. Researching new technologies and tools to level up our monitoringand observability, bringing fresh ideas to make things moreefficient and effective. Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to helpfoster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
