Join Our Team as a Guidewire ProducerEngage Developer We’relooking for a skilled and motivated Guidewire ProducerEngageDeveloper to join our growing Insurance Technology team. This is agreat opportunity for someone who enjoys working on cutting-edgedigital solutions that improve user experience and streamlinebusiness processes. In this role, you’ll work closely with businessanalysts, UX designers, and backend engineers to build and enhanceGuidewire Digital applications. Your focus will be on customizingand optimizing ProducerEngage to support smooth onboarding,quoting, servicing, and renewal processes for producers. WhatYou’ll Do Develop and configure components within the GuidewireProducerEngage portal using the Guidewire Digital Framework(JavaScript, React, Node.js). Build custom widgets, workflows, andpages tailored to business needs. Integrate ProducerEngage withGuidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and third-party systems.

Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create responsive, user-friendlyweb interfaces. Customize key producer experiences includingonboarding, quoting, and servicing. Take part in sprint planning,code reviews, and estimation discussions. Ensure all solutions meetperformance, security, and accessibility standards. Maintaintechnical documentation and support production systems as needed.

What We’re Looking For 3 to 8 years of software developmentexperience, with at least 4 years focused on the Guidewire DigitalSuite. Proven expertise in customizing and configuringProducerEngage. Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js,Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JSON. Experience integrating withGuidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. Good understanding ofGuidewire’s edge architecture and digital service layer. Knowledgeof RESTful APIs, OAuth, and JWT authentication. Familiarity withAgile development and tools like JIRA, Git, and Jenkins. PreferredExperience Guidewire certifications (ProducerEngage orCustomerEngage). Background in insurance, especially personallines. Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure orAWS. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for digitaltesting.
