Job Description

Our Integration Developer serves within the IT Department in Columbia. The Integration Developer is responsible for managing the creation, automation, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, Workspaces, and Azure data marts pertaining to DEW and its business units. The developer will assist with the gathering of data models and data mapping of internal and external data in the data warehouse, and they will be responsible for the Systems Integration API and ensuring that the proper AD Groups are assigned. This position will be required to use Terraforming for the deployment of objects to the cloud and storing all code in the established repositories. This role must ensure data privacy and system security compliance for all operations are integrated into the systems integration function of the IT department.
An ideal candidate will be experienced in SQL and can understand and handle complex technical instructions, analyze complex information, communicate clearly, work effectively with users, vendors, and IT personnel, and resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities
Create reports using SSRS and Power BI, adhering to access policies.
Provide ad-hoc reports for end users when automation isn’t possible.
Sets up and maintain security groups on Power BI Pro workspaces.
Design, code, and maintain DEW-based data sets for Azure Data Warehouse.
Update documentation as data changes.
Manage Systems Integrations API endpoints via C# code to act as a hub for DEW data connections.
Connect to various sources and resolve ticket requests.
Follow Systems Intelligence Development Life Cycle, ensuring correct code management.
Integrate data privacy and system security compliance into IT department’s systems integration function.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
Education and Experience
A high school diploma and experience in computer system development and modification. A bachelor’s degree in a related area may substitute for the required work experience. Experience in SQL is required.
Additional Requirements
Position requires overnight travel and may require employee to work evenings and weekends. Requires on-call shifts and call back. Other duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Azure data knowledge.
