In this role, you will combine your expertise in Java,J2EE technologies, and Spring Boot programming to enhance andsupport life insurance applications. As a lead developer, you’llplay a key part in designing and building next-generationenterprise software solutions while collaborating closely withbusiness stakeholders to meet their needs.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the

Design and Development:

Participate in the design, development, andongoing maintenance of Sapiens Life Insurance software, ensuring italigns with both business requirements and technicalspecifications.

Analyze & Transform Business Requirements:

Workclosely with business analysts to understand and transform businessrequirements into detailed design specifications at both the systemand programming levels.

Effort Estimation & Timeline Management:

Estimate the effort and timelines required for project changes,ensuring they are realistic and achievable. J2

EE Development &Testing:

Perform hands-on development and testing in a J2EEplatform to implement the necessary changes and enhancements.

Post-Implementation Support:

Provide post-implementation support,including the analysis and resolution of any production issues,ensuring seamless operations.

Continuous Improvement:

Continuouslyrefine processes and methodologies, bringing in innovativesolutions that drive efficiency and scalability.

KeyQualifications:

Experience in

Life Insurance Solutions:

Minimum 3-5years of technical development experience with Sapiens LifeInsurance products.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience withJ2EE technologies, including Spring Boot, JSP, Velocity, Struts,Hibernate, EJB, AJAX, and Java 6.

Database & OOPs Concepts:

Strongfamiliarity with database design and optimization along withObject-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Microservices &Kubernetes (Advantage): Exposure to microservices architecture,event-driven programming, and Kubernetes is a plus.

AnalyticalSkills:

Good conceptual, analytical, and mathematicalproblem-solving skills.

Self-Starter & Team Player:

You are amotivated learner with a passion for technology and innovation.

You’re a team player who thrives in collaborative environments andis eager to take on new challenges.

Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders, with great verbal andwritten communication skills.

Educational Background:

A bachelor’sdegree in any stream with 5 years of relevant industry experience.

Must-Have:
