Anticipated SalaryRange:

$107,957.00 – $160,000.00. The salary range for this role isintended as a good faith estimate based on the role’s location,expectations, and responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications Security Clearance- A current U.S. Government Security Clearance is not required onday 1, but will be processed for a Secret level; U.S. Citizenshiprequired. At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering,Modern Java Frameworks and Libraries (e.g. Spring, Guava) and aBachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience withMasters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and9 years relevant experience. Experience in designing enterpriseAPIs Experience in RESTful web services Experience in Microservicesarchitecture Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP)paradigms Experience with the agile software lifecycle Has a provenability to learn quickly and works well both independently as wellas in a team setting Experience with the Linux operating systemExperience with configuration management tools (e.g. Git, Nexus,Maven) Must be able to obtain a DoD 8140 / 8570 compliancecertification within 60 days of hire (i.e. Security) Must be ableto work in a hybrid environment, spending an average of 1-2 daysper week at our Columbia, MD office. However, flexibility isessential to accommodate any changes in the schedule. PreferredRequirements A current Secret is preferred. Experience with NiFi,Kafka, AWS Infrastructure, and K8’s. Experience in cloud basedtechnologies (AWS, Azure). Experience in distributed databases,NoSQL databases, full text-search engines (e.g. Elasticsearch,MongoDB, Solr) Scripting experience is a huge plus. Priorexperience or familiarity with our Big Data Platform is a plus.

Understanding of AGILE software development methodologies and useof standard software development tool suites. (e.g., JIRA,Confluence, Github Enterprise, etc.)
