Anticipated SalaryRange:

$165,033.00 – $235,000.00. The salary range for this role isintended as a good faith estimate based on the role’s location,expectations, and responsibilities. LI-JG2 Mid-Senior Level Essential JobResponsibilities Must have a strong working knowledge andexperience developing Java based software capabilities. Should havean inquisitive nature, responsiveness, and excellent testingskills. Must also possess strong troubleshooting skills and theability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines. Will workin a fast-paced, small business environment with our talented team.

Minimum Qualifications Security Clearance- A current U.S. Government Security Clearance is not required onday 1, but will be processed for a Secret level clearance; U.S.Citizenship required. At least 15 years of experience in SoftwareEngineering, Modern Java Frameworks and Libraries (e.g. Spring,Guava) and a Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevantexperience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma orequivalent and 19 years relevant experience. Experience indesigning enterprise APIs Experience in RESTful web servicesExperience in Microservices architecture Experience in ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) paradigms Experience with the agilesoftware lifecycle Has a proven ability to learn quickly and workswell both independently as well as in a team setting Experiencewith the Linux operating system Experience with configurationmanagement tools (e.g. Git, Nexus, Maven) Must be able to work in ahybrid environment, spending an average of 2-3 days per week at ourColumbia, MD office. However, flexibility is essential toaccommodate any changes in the schedule. Preferred Requirements DoD8140 / 8570 compliance certifications may be required in thisposition as directed by the customer. A current Secret levelsecurity clearance is a big plus. Experience in cloud basedtechnologies (AWS, Azure). Experience in distributed databases,NoSQL databases, full text-search engines (e.g. Elasticsearch,MongoDB, Solr) Scripting experience is a huge plus. Priorexperience or familiarity with our Big Data Platform is a plus.

Understanding of AGILE software development methodologies and useof standard software development tool suites. (e.g., JIRA,Confluence, Github Enterprise, etc.)
