We are seeking a seasoned Senior/Lead Software Engineer to spearhead the migration of legacy Tibco applications to a modern .NET Core framework within the Wealth Management sector. In this critical role, you will blend technical expertise in Tibco and .NET Core with leadership to drive a seamless transition, ensuring alignment with financial systems’ performance, security, and scalability demands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex migrations in financial services, along with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end migration of Tibco-based systems (EMS, BW) to .NET Core, prioritizing minimal disruption to business operations. Architect and develop scalable, secure solutions using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and cloud-native technologies (Azure preferred). Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior/mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders including business leaders, architects, and IT teams to align migration strategy with organizational goals. Analyze and troubleshoot legacy Tibco systems and .NET Core environments to optimize integration and performance. Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations (e.g., security, auditing) and implement robust risk mitigation strategies. Develop comprehensive documentation for migrated systems, ensuring clarity and auditability. Drive Agile/Scrum practices to deliver iterative results, and integrate DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for efficient deployment. Stay ahead of industry trends , including cloud advancements, microservices, and financial technologies, to inform future-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of software development experience , with expertise in Tibco (EMS, BW) and .NET Core stack (C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework). Proven success in leading large-scale migrations from legacy platforms to modern frameworks, preferably in financial services. In-depth knowledge of Wealth Management/Financial Services , including regulatory requirements and systems (e.g., trading, portfolio management). Technical mastery in RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and integration patterns. Strong leadership and communication skills , with a track record of mentoring teams and engaging stakeholders. Problem-solving agility to debug complex systems and deliver resilient solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
