We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Tech Lead with strong backend development expertise to join a strategic project. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Java
, Spring Boot
, Microservices Architecture
, Kafka
, and AWS Cloud
. This is a hybrid role based in Fort Mill, SC
.

Responsibilities:

Lead and drive end-to-end backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and implement scalable and secure microservices
.
Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka for asynchronous communication.
Develop and deploy applications to AWS cloud environment
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product.
Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making processes.
Review code, ensure best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Provide timely delivery of technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in backend development using Java
.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices
.
Solid experience with Apache Kafka (event-driven architecture).
Proficiency in AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, etc.).
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, security, and performance tuning.
Experience with CI/CD, Git, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
