Description:

Application Development Advisor Tech stack is Windows based, MS SQL Server, MS Internet informationServer, Linux will be a nice to have including AWS EC2experience. Providing bug analysis, troubleshooting, and resolvingproblems. Building SQL queries for data analysis and generating reports. Proactively proposing improvements to enhance team effectivenessand efficiency. Medical experience is a plus Monitoring Tool Experience , Splunk and Dynatrace would be aplus. Provides expert content/professional leadership on complexApplication Development assignments/projects. Acts as the principaldesigner for major systems with moderately complexity and theirsubsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of availabletechnology, tools and existing designs. Provides comprehensiveconsultation to business unit and IT management and staff on allphases of application programming and processes for diversedevelopment platforms, computing environments (e.g., host based,distributed systems, client server, software, hardware,technologies and tools, etc.). Works closely with client and ITmanagement and staff to identify application development solutions,new or modified programs, reuse of existing code through the use ofprogram development software alternatives, or integration ofpurchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives.

Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends themost efficient and cost effective application programming solution.

May code new or modified programs, reuse existing code through theuse of program development software alternatives and/or integratespurchased solutions. Documents, tests, implements and provideson-going support for the applications. Exercises considerablecreativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, anddelivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumento advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thoughtleadership within Application Development but works on broaderprojects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognizedinternally as a subject matter expert.
