This individual will play a critical role in the design, production, and management of commercial architectural and design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, a collaborate mindset, and strong multi-tasking skills to help maintain exceptional design standards and project efficiency. Responsibilities Be the lead on a new architecture division and work on business development for new projects and clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architecture sector. Develop proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to obtain new projects. Oversee and work with team members on the design and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. Create conceptual designs and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project to achieve a successful project. Project Management to oversee construction of projects to ensure clients project meets design standards and goals. Collaborate with clients, and various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets Strong knowledge and efficiency with Local, National, International Codes standards, local zoning regulations, construction trends, and practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure competitiveness in the market. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in architecture Licensure is required (State of Tennessee) Multi-state licensure is a plus 5+ years of experience in Architecture and construction Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design software Why Join Sorci Design Group, Inc.
