We’re looking for a Director, Engineer to:

• Provide contact center solutions to improve client journey, client experience, and building solutions.
• Work as Genesys Implementation lead to setup new contact center and improve agent experience.
• Engage in independent development with full stack java knowledge and improve delivery. Drive delivery teams of developers to achieve project delivery.
• Work as an application owner for Center applications. Work with stakeholders from QA and Business teams to discuss requirements and improve them to make them deliverables.
• Work as lead to follow all UBS SDLC and release manager processes. Actively participate and follow Agile delivery model. Work in the WMA Center IT team under WMA Operations.
• Build applications that provide variousmunication channels such as voice, chat, call back, and e-mail using Genesys platform to internal and external clients.

Your expertise

• Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Software Engineer, IT Analyst, Senior Associate, Senior Consultant, or a related occupation.
• Position requires experience with the following:
• Requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of Web and IVR enterprise applications
• Core Java, Springboot and Microservices, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Hibernate, XML, SOAP
• RESTful web services
• SQL
• Speech-enabled and touch tone IVR application development using VXML , GRXML and GUI-based designer tools, including Nuance Voice Platform, Avaya Orchestration Designer, and Genesys Composer
• TTS and

ASR, SDLC

methodologies including Agile scrum, HTML and CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS, Can work remotely.
