Job Description:

We are seeking a React Architect with Hands-on who will beresponsible for the development of high-quality, scalable, andperformant front-end solutions. You’ll play a crucial role inshaping the front-end architecture while mentoring a team ofdevelopers to meet and exceed expectations. Your work will helpshape the user experience of our cutting-edge web and mobileapplications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of front-end components usingReact.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and CSS. Collaborate with design and back-end teams to translate wireframesand technical requirements into high-quality, maintainablecode. Ensure the front-end is highly responsive and resilient, providingusers with an excellent experience across web and mobileplatforms. Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, andperformance optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues, ensuring thedeliverables meet high standards. Contribute to the evaluation and integration of industry standards,tools, and methodologies for continuous improvement. Document software designs and participate in design reviews toensure alignment with business goals and technicalspecifications. Take ownership of your work, be accountable for decisions andoutcomes, and foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

10+ years of professional experience in front-end development, withat least 8+ years focused on React.js, TypeScript, and CSS. Proven experience in Greenfield React/TypeScript development. Ability to design and implement reusable components with a strongfocus on performance and scalability. Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, and a passion forproviding a seamless user experience. Experience working in agile/Scrum environments, collaborating withcross-functional teams. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor juniordevelopers and work collaboratively to achieve project goals. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in insurance industries is a plus, but not required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, orequivalent Engineering 10+ years of professional experience in front-end development, withat least 8+ years focused on React.js, TypeScript, and CSS.
