The PROS SolutionArchitect leads the technical design, configuration, andimplementation ofPROS Price Management and Optimization software.

Serving as a bridge between business, IT,and vendors, this roleensures seamless integration with internal systems, resolvestechnical challenges, and optimizes system performance to support pricingstrategy and businessobjectives. After implementation this roleleads the continuous maintenance process of thesolution.

WHAT YOU’LLBE DOING

Lead the technical design, configuration, andimplementation of PROS Inc. PriceManagement and Price Optimizationsoftware. Act as technical liaison between the business, IT teams, andexternal vendors duringimplementation and beyond. Collaborate with pricing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignmentof the softwaresolution with business objectives. Define and document the integration strategy with internal systems(e.g., SAP,Salesforce, data warehouses). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation andongoing usage. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of pricing softwarefeatures andfunctionalities to provide expert-level guidance andtraining. Create technical documentation, best practices, and guidelines tosupport internalteams. Monitor and evaluate system performance post-implementation andrecommendoptimizations or upgrades. Stay updated on emerging technologies and product updates frompricing softwarevendors to inform strategic decisions.

WHAT WE ARELOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, InformationSystems, Engineering, or a relatedfield. 5+ years of experience in implementing or supporting SaaSsolutions, preferably inpricing or revenue management. Strong understanding of PROS Inc. software. Experience with system integrations, including ERP (SAP, MSD 365F&O) and CRMplatforms (e.g., Salesforce). Demonstrated ability to manage full software implementation lifecycles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus ondelivering scalablesolutions. Strong communication skills to effectively interface with technicaland non-technicalstakeholders. Familiarity with pricing strategies and concepts is a plus. PROS Inc. certifications or similar are highly desirable.
