At least 10 years in leadership roles of teams tasked to deliver state-of-the-art modernized IT systems. A solid understanding of Software design, software documentation, software development life process, and formal documentation standards, Track record with software requirements, structured analysis and design, teamwork, software maintenance, process improvement. Experience required with and participation in Software design sessions, software documentation, software development life cycle process, and formal documentation standards, process improvement Collaborate with user experience, content strategy, product delivery, and non-technical program management teams. Knowledge of usability/accessibility standards of user interface development to produce code compliant for Section 508 accessibility; experience working with development tools that aid in this process. A solid understanding of Cloud technologies like AWS Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and business style. Work closely with the system owners on the Medicaid side and executive teams on the KPMG side. Ability to multi-task and support development teams to ensure timely software development deliverables. Must demonstrate significant initiative, independence, and ability to follow through. Security clearance or background check may be required at varying levels, depending on project assignments or roles.
