The IT Solution Architect – CRM is a key contributor to theexecution of the IT Commercial strategy and CRM roadmap. This roleis responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting scalableCRM solutions across global commercial functions, with a focus onSalesforce.com. The Solution Architect collaborates with commercialteams and CRM development teams to ensure solutions meet businessneeds, are sustainable, and support long-term growth andinnovation. The role requires strong technical and strategicleadership, excellent communication skills, and experienceoperating within large, global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to gather andprioritize CRM requirements and maintain a development backlog Design CRM solutions across multiple functional areas includingAccount Planning, Customer Segmentation, Territory Management,Pipeline Management, Marketing Automation, and Service Clou Lead solution architecture efforts for CRM initiatives incollaboration with technical architects, ensuring alignment withSDLC and enterprise architecture standards Assess and recommend CRM technologies and innovations thatalign with business growth strategies Drive the adoption of CRM solutions and champion best practicesacross teams Manage platform-based application development and SaaSdeployment lifecycles Lead and guide Agile delivery teams to fulfill businessrequirements and objectives Provide governance across cross-functional and cross-regionalimplementations Ensure traceability and quality across requirement baselinesand change control processes Conduct data modeling and design in support of robust CRM dataarchitecture Define service acceptance criteria and validate project outputsfor quality and compliance Promote the use and understanding of architectural and designstandards within the organization Offer expert guidance and maintain a network of CRM specialistsand partnersRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relatedfield 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce design, implementation,and deployment Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and productsuite Experience leading CRM programs in large, multi-nationalorganization Ability to translate business needs into technical CRMsolutions Hands-on experience managing Agile delivery and working incross-functional teams Deep understanding of systems design, data modeling, andrequirements management Ability to communicate effectively with both technical andnon-technical audiences Proficiency in platform-based application development and SaaSoperations Global experience in driving harmonized and standardizedtechnology solutionsPreferred Qualifications Experience in life sciences and/or medical deviceindustries Familiarity with emerging CRM technologies and integrationframeworks Experience working in a highly matrixed, globalorganizationCertifications (if any) Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and/or Developer ITIL Certification Agile and/or Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP,ScrumMaster) #J-18808-Ljbffr
