Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint Developer with 6 10 years of expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specializing in the implementation and customization of SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building secure, scalable IAM solutions in alignment with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
6 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in IAM and 4+ years of hands-on SailPoint development
Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x and above) or IdentityNow
Proficient in Java, BeanShell, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting languages
Hands-on experience in developing custom connectors, rules, and workflows
Deep understanding of access certification, entitlement management, provisioning/deprovisioning
Knowledge of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
