Job Description:
We re looking for a skilled SailPoint Developer with 6 10 years of IT experience and a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM). This onsite role in Memphis, TN involves customizing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow platforms to enhance enterprise security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IAM solutions
Build custom connectors, workflows, and provisioning logic
Integrate with AD, Azure AD, LDAP, APIs, and cloud apps
Troubleshoot provisioning/integration issues
Lead access reviews, RBAC, SoD, and policy enforcement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IAM processes
Required Skills:
4+ years SailPoint development (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow)
Proficient in Java, BeanShell, XML, REST/SOAP
Experience with IAM concepts: provisioning, RBAC, compliance
Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice to
Have:
SailPoint certification
Cloud (Azure/AWS), DevOps, or automation experience
Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, Zero Trust, etc.)
