Timeless Designs is seeking a full-time Architect/Architectural Designer to join our firm and contribute to innovative, high-quality projects. About the Role We are looking for a passionate and creative individual who:

• Brings positivity and enthusiasm to the team.
• Is motivated to take initiative and drive design excellence.
• Enjoys problem solving and turning challenges into opportunities.
• Can work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision. This role will involve participation in all phases of design and documentation, from conceptual design through construction administration. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine design concepts for a wide range of residential architectural projects.
• Produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews and team meetings. Qualifications
• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 2+ years of relevant architectural experience (preferred, but flexible depending on talent and fit).
• Strong design, technical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD. SketchUp is a plus).
