Disciplined Execution:
Detail-oriented and organized, this leader prioritizes effectively, excels at time management, and anticipates well in decision making + BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline + 5+ years’ experience in software development, including at least two years in a role with direct or indirect management responsibilities. + Previously demonstrated project management success on similar projects, emphasizing experience with ERP application development. + Overseeing development projects involving C#, Java, or related Object-Oriented Programming languages, ensuring best practices and high-quality outcomes + Experience with modern application development workflows and version control systems like Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. + Proven professional experience working in CI/CD environments, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle’s best practices and processes
Location:
Tampa, FL In office requirement: 3 days a week While we offer flexibility, this role includes an expectation of being onsite three days a week in our Tampa office to support team alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
