- Active Secret clearance
- Working knowledge of Web apps development using OpenShift, React, and NodeJS
- Experience building Enterprise solutions utilizing IBM’s Cloud Pak for Data and its’ constituent onents
- Working knowledge of GitLab or other Git-based software version control systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and/or other structured RDBMS technologies
- Working knowledge of SSIS, RESTful API, or equivalent data exchange service protocols
- Experience building Enterprise solutions utilizing ETL processes, Data Virtualization, Data Warehouses
- Proven ability to serve as a project lead in a technical team setting

Job Description
Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced professional to manage and lead new software and data development, deployment, operations and maintenance (O&M) activities, within the Enterprise Business and Digital Transformation (EBDT) organization’s Orchestration Platforms team.
The chosen applicant will be required to possess technical fortitude, dedicated focus, and experienced personnel management skills and shall be required for successful management of team design implementations, software lifecycle support, and data engineering processes.
The chosen applicant will be required to articulate technical requirements to non-technical customers and ensure their understanding of capabilities being developed and released to both internal and external users.
The chosen applicant will be required to develop and monitor operational processes, procedures, and technical documentation to ensure consistent, repeatable, and scalable support aimed to provide both software enhancements and data integration/accessibility solutions required by both internal and external system stakeholders.
The chosen applicant will aclish team results through team leads and other professional staff who exercise significant latitude and independence in assignments.
Specific personnel management responsibilities will include employee career and skillset development, mentoring, recognition, labor hours management, scheduling, task delegation, and poor performance or behavior corrective action.
Specific team technical tasks will require the chosen applicant to conduct and participate in team design and assurance reviews for software development efforts, strategic planning for future business opportunities, routine and persistent review of software development processes and procedures, cross-functional/business area risk mitigation, and micro and macro-level technical briefing preparations and deliveries using their experienced level of software engineering standards and change control processes, programming and design methodologies, software architecture, and teaming skills.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 – $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
