Develop strategic plans and set objectives aligned with the company’s mission and vision. Drive the design and architecture of robust, scalable, and secure cloud-based software solutions for Point of Sale systems. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery. Manage large-scale projects by establishing timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to meet business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth among the software engineering teams. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining top-notch security and privacy protocols. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product management, sales, and customer support teams. Lead technical innovation to ensure that NCR Voyix stays ahead of market trends and maintains a competitive edge. Mentor and develop a high-performing management team and manage recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent. At least 10 years of experience leading large software development teams, preferably in a SaaS environment. Extensive experience managing cloud-based software development, deployment, and operations. Proven track record of architectural design and software engineering best practices. Strong understanding of retail and restaurant point of sale systems, including mobile applications. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of industry-related data security standards. Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced and constantly evolving tech landscape.
