In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing projects that touch everything from internal business systems to customer-facing applications. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. What you’ll do: Lead and mentor a growing team of software developers (onshore and offshore) Own the full SDLC for critical internal systems and services Guide architecture decisions, enforce code quality, and improve delivery processes Coordinate with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders Manage deployments, timelines, and production support

Must-haves:

3+ years managing software development teams Strong background in ColdFusion, OR Java, .NET, or JavaScript development Experience delivering scalable, enterprise-grade software Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice-to-haves:
