Position Description:

The Director of Development will lead highlytechnical engineering teams overseeing the development of the PARRetail platform. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering, thisrole plays a key part in evolving a predictable, repeatable,measurable, and scalable engineering organization. This individualwill drive the execution of product engineering initiatives—ontime, on budget, and with high quality—while fostering a culture ofcollaboration, simplicity, and product-focused development. Theywill also contribute to resource planning, mentor engineers, andcollaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and outcomesacross the organization.

Director, Engineering What We’re Looking For:

• 5years in software development leadership, ideally within a SaaSenvironment
• Proven track record managing distributed teams(preferably across the U.S. and Eastern Europe)
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
• Experience supportingenterprise-scale, highly available applications
• Familiarity withservice-oriented platform architectures
• Demonstrated ability tosimplify complex systems and processes
• Deep technical expertiseand past hands-on development experience
• Experience collaboratingwith internal executives and external technical stakeholders

Additional Skills:

• Experience operating Kubernetes deployments atscale
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS or other cloud providers
• Industry experience in retail services or fuel & convenience is aplus
