We are looking for a seasoned engineering leader to growand lead teams that are building and scaling multiple cloudservices and building software.

You will be providing leadership,vision and strategy needed for the delivery of these services.

Weare looking for someone who has experience: Leading engineering teams that have delivered successfulproducts and services. Launching new cloud services and establishing operationalexcellence. Setting the technical direction. Building high performing geographically distributed engineeringteams. Coaching, mentoring and developing best talent. Establishing and stimulating software development standards andprocesses along with best practices for the entire org Developing strategic plans to accomplish technical as well asbusiness objectives with leadership chain,team and customersBasicQualifications Master’s degree in Computer Sciences 10+ years of experience in software development. 5+ years of experience in leading enterprise levelinitiatives. Experience in software design and coding in a modernprogramming language. Experience developing distributed systems and understanding ofscale, reliability and performance.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in leading teams that have delivered successfulproducts Experience with cloud technologiesResponsibilitiesAs a directorof the software engineering division, you will apply your extensiveknowledge of software architecture to manage software developmenttasks associated with developing, debugging or designing softwareapplications, operating systems and databases according to provideddesign specifications. Build enhancements within an existingsoftware architecture and envision future improvements to thearchitecture.

US:

Hiring Range in USD from: $122,500 to $291,800 per annum. Maybe eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order toaccount for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, marketconditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differingproducts, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on thepreceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includesthe following: 1. Paid time off:

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligibleemployees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.

Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible forvacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours perweek, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the firstthree years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent yearsof employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees workingbetween 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.

Paid sick leave:

72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire.
