PETADATA is currently looking to hire for the position of ServiceNow SSO Integration Specialist•Automation & BPM for one of their clients.

Job Summary:
PETADATA

is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SSO Integration Specialist with expertise in Automation and Business Process Management (BPM) to join our team in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow SSO integration, automation, and BPM.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow SSO integrations with various identity providers (IdPs) and service providers (SPs)
Configure and troubleshoot SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Integrate ServiceNow with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity management systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for SSO integrations.
Automate business processes using ServiceNow Orchestration and Workflow
Implement BPM solutions to streamline service management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SSO experiences.
Ensure compliance with security and authentication standards.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in ServiceNow SSO integration, automation, and BPM
Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles
Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other SSO protocols
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
Experience with automation tools (ServiceNow Orchestration, Workflow)
Knowledge of BPM principles and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to

Have:

Experience with cloud-based identity management solutions (Okta, Azure AD)
Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and Security Operations
Certification in ServiceNow Administration or Development
Experience with Agile methodologies

ServiceNow SSO integration
Automation (ServiceNow Orchestration, Workflow)
BPM (Business Process Management)
Identity management (Active Directory, LDAP)
SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts)

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

master’s degree in engineering or business
