Work Setting:
100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.
Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Fort Lauderdale, FL (required);
- Experience in testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience in managing complex testing projects
- Experience with testing tools and automation solutions
- Experience with Work Force Management or Telestaff systems Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead, mentor, and manages a team of selected testing group (Timekeepers, managers/supervisors, end users, super users), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for Work Force Management and Telestaff modules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
- Build test cases, test scripts, and gather test data, ensuring thorough testing of all Work Force Management and Telestaff functionalities, including functional, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing.
- Work closely with business analysts, the senior project manager, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that testing aligns with business needs.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely communication of issues and status updates to stakeholders and the senior project manager.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing methodologies and tools, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting and Metrics:
Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to senior project manager and project team.
