Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Automation QA Engineer with strong Python programming experience to join our quality engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test frameworks, developing test scripts, and ensuring the overall quality and performance of software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to identify issues early and deliver reliable, high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Python + Write efficient and reusable test scripts to validate functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability + Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) + Conduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web and API layers + Analyze test results, log defects, and collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues + Maintain and enhance existing automated test suites to align with evolving application features + Document test strategies, plans, and test cases + Contribute to test data management and mocking services to support automation coverage
Requirements Required Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer or similar role + Strong experience with Python for automation scripting + Experience with automation frameworks such as Pytest, Selenium, or Robot Framework + Proficient in testing RESTful APIs (using tools like Postman, Pytest, or REST Assured) + Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI) + Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC + Experience with version control systems like Git + Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
