Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Lead to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role is vital to ensuring the quality and performance of our applications and requires a strong background in software testing, collaboration, and agile development practices.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in daily standups to provide updates on assigned user stories
Be accessible during operational hours (8AM-5PM EST, Monday -Friday)
Actively work on assigned user stories
Collaborate with team members to address questions, concerns, or blockers
Participate in Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement sessions
Attend application demos and crew’s Retrospective meetings
Skills Required:
Proficiency in API and Database testing
Experience with C#, SQL, Gherkin, Java, .NET
Familiarity with Selenium/Cucumber, Karate
Optional but beneficial: Jira, Azure, SoapUI, Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
