Job Description
Business Solutions Specialist Vision Tampa, FL 33602 The Business Solution Analyst will maintain a solid knowledge base of the functional capabilities and serve as a subject matter expert in various areas and products. This role assists the Engagement Manager in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering technology products. The Business Solution Analyst is responsible for product quality, project timelines, and customer satisfaction. This individual will interface with clients to define and document requirements for a specified set of custom-developed or vendor software products. Additionally, they will create documentation, including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature descriptions, PowerPoint presentations, user guides, process flows, and wireframes. The analyst is also responsible for conducting Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into the needs of end users and customers. This role manages the Product Backlog, collaborating with the Engagement Manager to prioritize requirements and define and manage the scope and sprints for a project.
Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and analyze business and user requirements for new and enhanced products.
- Collaborate with the Engagement Manager to create and present the necessary project onboarding materials (Charter, Statement of Work).
- Lead and oversee all testing and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle. Work with and direct offshore QA resources to develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and all other deliverables related to the quality assurance of the products.
- Collaborate with the Engagement Manager and clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.
- Assist the Engagement Manager with status reporting as required by Applications Studio leadership.
- Proactively address business and project issues, escalating them as necessary.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
