The ideal candidate will have strong manual testing skills and a keen attention to detail in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software. While experience in automation testing is a preferred skill, it is not required, and we are open to teaching basic automation to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct manual testing to ensure software applications are working as expected, identifying defects and performance issues. Develop and execute test cases and document test results. Work closely with development teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the testing strategy. Identify, report, and track defects using bug tracking tools. Assist with ongoing maintenance of testing documentation (e.g., test plans and test cases). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software quality and troubleshooting processes. Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning to ensure timely completion of testing cycles.

Qualifications:

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual testing. Experience with test case design, execution, and bug reporting.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Familiarity with basic automation tools is a plus , but not required. We are open to training the right candidate in automation scripting (e.g., using Selenium, JUnit, etc.). Knowledge of web applications, APIs, and general software development processes is helpful.

Strong Analytical Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and diagnose defects effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills (not required but a plus): Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Postman, or similar. Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with performance testing tools like
