We’re a fast-growing SaaS company delivering modern POS and ERP solutions to retailers — and we’re constantly launching new web apps, mobile apps, and integrations . We need a QA Specialist who’s excited to jump into new tools, catch issues before customers do, and help us bring high-quality releases to market. This is a great fit for someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning.

What You’ll Do:

Test new features across web apps, mobile apps, and third-party integrations Reproduce issues, validate fixes, and write detailed bug reports for the engineering team Document testing steps and edge cases, and help build internal QA processes Proactively learn new tools and workflows to ensure release readiness Write and maintain user-friendly guides and internal support documentation Record short videos or walkthroughs for internal and customer training Participate in internal team training and customer demos to showcase new features and explain functionality clearly Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth rollouts and great user experiences

What You Bring:

1-3+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or technical support (SaaS or apps preferred) Strong understanding of how web and mobile apps work — comfortable navigating APIs, integrations, and user flows Detail-oriented and organized — you can spot issues others miss and document clearly Strong written and verbal communication skills — you’re confident explaining tech to both internal teams and customers Eager to learn and grow — you seek out answers, stay curious, and want to understand the “why” behind features

Bonus:

Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Loom, Postman, or similar This is a high-impact role where your curiosity, communication, and problem-solving skills will directly improve the experience for retailers using our platform.
