Job Description
Scope of Work Required consultant experience provided by Contractor, shall include: Information Technology (IT) Testing and Testing Coordination experience, including the development and management of test scripts (5 or more years) IT project experience using Agile methodology (5 or more years) Experience using Issue and Project Tracking Software (5 or more years)
Preferred Experience/Skills:
Knowledge of / Experience with implementation of an online submission or ordering application including payment processing o Proven ability to manage quality assurance of software testing (integration, functional, performance, regression, usability, accessibility, etc.) o Influences, motivates, and challenges others o Ability to translate requirements, system documentation and business rules and procedures into test scripts o Ability to define comprehensive test strategies o Ability to work with system testers to ensure timely and quality execution of test scripts o Ability to manage defects and prioritize issues based on business impact and severity o Ability to create and present clear, concise, and comprehensive reports, including testing status, bug/defect status, bug/defect owner, estimated bug/defect resolution date, mitigation plans and issues/risk identification o Ability to create detailed test plans, outlining scope, timelines, resource allocation o Ability to manage test script templates and assist business analysts with template issues Excellent interpersonal and communication skills o Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others o Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing o Ability to manage and resolve conflicts or disagreements in a constructive manner to minimize negative impact Experience / knowledge of a wide range of software o Experience with Jira o Experience with Azure Development Ops o Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Testing Certification o International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Foundation Level Certification o ISTQB Acceptance Testing Certification o ISTQB Agile Testing Certification o ISTQB Agile Technical Testing Certification o ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst Certification o ISTQB Advanced Technical Test Analyst o ISTQB Advanced Test Management o ISTQB Expert Test Management
