  Our client is looking for a Lead QA to join their team on-site 5 days a week in Miami, FL.

Pay Rate:

$55

• 60/hr
  Oversees the testing process for an ERP system implementation, ensuring all business processes are functioning correctly.

This role involves creating and executing test plans, coordinating with different teams, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with teams: Work with project managers, ERP support teams, and testers to ensure test cases are executed and defects are addressed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution with different teams, escalating issues as needed.
Train testers: Provide training to testers on executing test cases and entering defects.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate test cases and data needs for UAT.
Communicate progress and status: Provide updates to stakeholders on the testing process and identify potential risks
Knowledge of ERP systems: Experience with ERP software and their functionalities is essential.
Testing methodologies: Familiarity with various testing methodologies, including end-to-end testing, is crucial.
Data analysis and scripting: Ability to analyze data and write test scripts as needed.
Communication and collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Project management skills: Experience with project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Experience with ERP implementation projects: Prior experience in ERP implementation projects is a plus.
