We are seeking a highly experienced QA Engineer with strong skills in both manual and automation testing for a hybrid role based in Miami, FL . The ideal candidate will have deep experience in test planning, execution, and defect management within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze system requirements Create and execute functional test cases in qTest Perform smoke, regression , and API testing Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with the development team Ensure the delivery of high-quality products to clients Provide updates in daily scrum/status calls and emails Collaborate with Functional Testers, Product Owners, and BAs to maintain in-depth application knowledge

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing Proficiency in Selenium and API automation Experience working in Agile methodology Hands-on experience with qTest and JIRA Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

Experience with PowerBuilder applications or other desktop-based apps is a plus
