Performance Test LeadLocation:

Medley, FLRequiredQualifications:

10 to 12 years of experience in Performance Testing andEngineering Expertise in NeoLoad Telecom background is a plus Oversee testing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency inprojects Performance Analysis, troubleshooting andmonitoring

Roles/Responsibilities:

Lead the testing team in planning, designing, and executingtest cases to ensure high-quality software delivery Oversee the development and maintenance of test scripts usingNeoLoad to ensure performance and load testing are effectivelyconducted Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers, fostering acollaborative and productive team environment Coordinate with project managers and developers to understandproject requirements and deliverables Ensure all testing activities are aligned with projecttimelines and milestones Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying andaddressing any issues or bottlenecks Develop and implement testing strategies that align withindustry best practices and company standards Conduct regular reviews of test plans and test cases to ensurecomprehensive coverage and adherence to requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback andcontinuously improve testing processes Utilize domain knowledge in Telecom to enhance testing accuracyand relevance Ensure all test environments are properly configured andmaintained Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuringtimely and effective resolution of issues Should have experience in leading and mentoring a team oftesters Experience with defect tracking tools and test managementsoftware, must be proactive in identifying and addressing potentialissues Should approach continuous improvement to improve testingprocesses Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model
