Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in new implementations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working with all levels of leadership and can effectively drive user acceptance testing, document results, and ensure testing stays on track for our phased go-live approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new ServiceNow implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Document UAT results, identify issues, and work with the development team to resolve them. Maintain a detailed testing schedule to ensure timely completion of all testing phases. Provide regular updates to leadership on testing progress and any potential risks. Ensure all testing activities are completed in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with ServiceNow, particularly in new implementations and UAT. Strong ability to work with and influence leadership at all levels. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Experience in driving and managing phased go-live approaches.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in ServiceNow or related fields. Previous experience in a similar role within a large organization. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
