Position Description :
Responsible for developing and executing a formal test strategy and test plan to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.
Responsible for the overall quality of applications, services and systems throughout the IT development life cycle.
Create Test Case based on project requirements and Test Scenarios.
Run Test Cases in HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Load Runner and Unified Functional Testing (UFT) for projects w applicable.
Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, both manual and automated test scripts.
Design, administer, and/or execute functional, regression, integration and performance, and load testing.
configure testing platforms and maintains data in testing environments.
Establish quality metrics and develops methods for tracking testing progress and entry/exit criteria.
Conduct audits and review to monitor overall adnce to established standards and processes.
Document acceptance criteria to support client acceptance.
Participate in defect reviews and supports triage of defects and recommend solutions w possible.
Create Daily Status reports and Daily Defect Reports for management consumption.
