- Responsible for developing and executing a formal test strategy and test plan to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.
- Responsible for the overall quality of applications, services and systems throughout the IT development life cycle.
- Create Test Case based on project requirements and Test Scenarios.
- Run Test Cases in HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Load Runner and Unified Functional Testing (UFT) for projects where applicable.
- Analyze requirements and develop testing documentation (i.e. traceability matrix, test plans, test scenarios, test cases and automated test scripts).
- Analyze technical documentation to develop testing requirements and methods.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases; both manual and automated test scripts.
- Design, administer, and/or execute functional, regression, integration and performance, and load testing.
- Configure testing platforms and maintains data in testing environments.
- Establish quality metrics and develops methods for tracking testing progress and entry/exit criteria.
- Conduct audits and review to monitor overall adherence to established standards and processes.
- Document acceptance criteria to support client acceptance.
Skills Preferred:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with computer systems administration including duties related to software quality assurance.
