Quality Associate Confidential West Palm Beach, FL 33401 As Quality Associate, your role will be: To provide support for professionals managing systems, processes, and initiatives related to laboratory and product quality issues. This includes ensuring that the company’s facilities, equipment, personnel, methods, and procedures are standardized and meet industry and company regulatory requirements through document control and quality auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and overall management of a QMS. Update and maintain as the company and projects evolve. Design, document, oversee, and review procedures for testing methods, materials, equipment and products. Review and approve documentation such as, but not limited to, batch records, document revisions, forms, logbooks, etc. Ensure continuous updates and improvements to procedures as relevant for company growth. Prepare quality reports and metrics that analyze and evaluate essential information. Establish quality standards surrounding processing testing, final release testing, and any other control functions as required. Ensure products meet client expectations and promised specifications without variation – establish parameters for batch-to-batch consistency. Understand the work, needs, and challenges of partners in management, production teams, technicians, and engineers. Collaborate with other members of management to develop new product/engineering designs, including manufacturing and training methods. Qualifications 2+ years experience in a related field Associate’s Degree Working knowledge and experience managing and working within the bounds of a QMS following ISO9001 or equivalent. Attention to detail and ability to collaborate and correct errors when discovered. Highly motivated and hard-working – thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment. Capable of independent research, data analysis, critical thinking and next step experimental design. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Ability to work with CMO’s in an onsite and offsite capacity, as required.
