Based in Clearwater, FL, we’ve been in business over 14 years with almost 500 employees worldwide. Our software platforms help every segment of the payments ecosystem mitigate their exposure to chargebacks and credit card disputes. We’re currently looking for a Manual QA Tester to add to our growing in house software engineering team to expand our testing capabilities across our portfolio of software products. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing processes. You will work closely with developers and project managers to identify issues, verify fixes, and ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Duties Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on web services and APIs. Utilize tools such as TFS, Jira, and Jenkins for tracking defects and managing test cases. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential improvements. Conduct debugging of software issues to identify root causes and verify fixes. Maintain documentation of test results, defects, and overall quality metrics. Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. Experience Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance or related field is preferred. Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and best practices. Experience with version control systems such as SVN. Knowledge of debugging techniques and tools. Understanding of web services architecture and API testing. Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS is a plus. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in identifying issues.
