Job Duties:

Drive quality and assist in the implementation of automated test frameworks and solutions using TOSCA, within assigned agile team. Responsible for TOSCA Automation/Design of UI, SAP, Packaged Solution, Desktop and API applications. Functional quality assurance tasks including designing and implementing Test plans, Test scripts design & development, Test execution & validation, Test evidence documentation & client demonstration of the tested applications. Coordinating & conducting Performance & Load Testing. Developing test data and procedures for conducting test tasks for Functional & UAT Teams. Regularly exercising discretion and judgement in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques, and working under limited guidance. Participation in Agile ceremonies. Day to day written, verbal & interpersonal communication across multiple teams.

Mandatory Skills:

8+ years of hands-on experience in Quality assurance, Test automation and framework development. 5+ years of experience in TOSCA Automation/Design of UI, SAP, Packaged Solution, Desktop and API applications. Experience in conveying the TOSCA best practices through selective coaching and Implementation. Good hands-on knowledge in Tosca Automation framework TBOX modules, TCD, Requirements, APIs in Tosca 8+ years of experience of working in Agile teams – Scrum/KANBAN years of 8+ experience in Software Testing Life cycle & Defect Life Cycle Management & use of Test Management tools like ALM, JIRA, qTest etc. 8+ years of experience with designing and implementing Test plans, Test scripts design & development, Test execution & validation, Test evidence documentation & client demonstration of the tested applications. Day to day communication and multiple stakeholder management. Hands on Experience on working with Test Data Management (TDM), Test Design Sheet (TDS), Library creation, Recovery scenarios, Test configuration Parameters (TCP). Experience with Distribution execution (DEX) in Tosca. Experience in coordinating & conducting Performance and Load Testing. Experience on End-to-end Testing and Testing terminology in Healthcare Payer Domain. Design and timely release of QA status dashboard to stakeholders. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
